Athens Donuts Roll Into Mountwood

Athens Bicycle’s grassroots team, Athens Donuts, made a strong showing at the second race in the 2005 West Virginia Point Series on Sunday, April 17. Seven racers, a photographer and a heckler made the trip to Mountwood Park near Parkersburg, W.V. A tire blowout on the interstate provided excitement for all and a big project for the guys, but we got to the park in plenty of time to register. It was a beautiful day and everyone had fun.
