 Trek / Gary Fisher Factory Demo Fleet Will Visit Strouds Run
Athens Bicycle will host the Trek Factory Demo fleet on Sunday, May 16, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Strouds Run State Park in Athens.
This is your opportunity to experience firsthand some of the best road and mountain bikes available from Trek and Gary Fisher. You'll get to try the bikes on the terrain they were intended for. Those demoing mountain bikes will be treated to singletrack trails hand built by local cyclists with mountain bikes in mind. For road demos, choose from paved gentle rollers or venture just beyond the park to find out how the bikes climb on a staggeringly steep hill.
The Trek Factory Demo tour travels throughout the country educating riders on product and proper bicycle fit, and offers the opportunity to ride a variety of bicycles and accessories, including the latest gear from Bontrager. Bring your helmet and, if you like, your own pedals and shoes. The Trek Factory Demo experts will adjust the bikes you want to try so that they fit you just right. And it's all free! The demo will be located at the far end of the beach area parking lot.
In conjunction with the demo, Athens Bicycle will offer special pricing on select bicycles available at the demo. Stop by the event to pick up a sale price list and try out some bikes.
