When you buy a bike at our shop, the price includes far more than the machine itself. Every new bicycle purchased at Athens Bicycle comes with the following service package.
Custom Sizing. Did you know that most bike models come in six sizes? Having a bike that fits correctly is essential to having a positive cycling experience. Once you’ve settled on a bicycle model, our experienced staff will help you select the right size for your body.
Manufacturer's Warranty. Most of the bicycle brands available at Athens Bicycle offer a lifetime warranty against defect on frames and rigid forks. Suspension forks and components have a minimum one-year warranty (ask for details on particular components). Anything Shimano has a minimum two-year warranty.
One Year of Free Service. Stop in as many times as you like during the first year you own your bike for free adjustments, repairs and tune-ups.
Discount on Parts, Accessories and Tools. When you purchase a bike we’ll give you a discount card that you can use for 10% off all parts, tools and accessories for one year.
Parts Swaps and Upgrades. We want your new bike to be exactly what you want, so we’re happy to swap out or upgrade saddles, tires, stems and other components. Don't hesitate to ask our staff for your dream combination.
Professional Fitting (optional). If you’re interested in getting really detailed about bike fit, consider making an appointment for a professional fitting with shop owner Peter Kotses.
Kids Bike Trade-Up Program. If you buy a new kid's bike from Athens Bicycle, you can bring it back within 3 years and trade it in. At that time, we will give you up to 50% of what you paid for it as a credit toward the next size bike. Click here to learn more.
