Athens Bicycle is excited to announce that the shop will host the Trek Factory Demo Tour and the Trek Women Bike Demo Tour at Strouds Run State Park on Oct. 15 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Two trailers full of top-of-the-line 2010 bikes will be available for you to try -- free of charge. Available for test rides will be both Trek and Gary Fisher road and mountain bikes, as well as a full fleet of bikes (both on-road and off-road) designed specifically for women. The beautiful state park setting will allow you to try road bikes on gentle rolling hills or the super-steep climb that lurks just beyond the park. Mountain bikers can try the latest off-road models on singletrack trails built with mountain bikers in mind. Be sure to bring your helmet, and feel free to bring your own shoes and pedals.
