shop will co-sponsor the Race to the Hills at Lake Hope State Park. The mountain bike race race will offer racers points in the Ohio Mountain
Bike Championship series and the West Virginia Mountain
Bike Series -- simultaneously. We're expecting a big crowd because racers are attracted by the increased purse size and competition that come with the combination series race. The course has become quite popular over the years for its excellent conditions and extremely fast racing speeds (expert men will finish approximately 30 singletrack miles in right around two hours). There are racing classes available for all ages and ability levels. Beginners are welcome! To see a recap of last year's event, visit iplayoutside.com. The Athens County Bike Polo Association is hosting bike polo every Thursday at 6:30 p.m. Meet at the big tree between the ballfields and the community gardens.

Larry's Ravenswood Ramble
Ravenswood, Ohio
This road tour provides options for the following mileage: 18, 33, 43, 56 and 67 miles. All routes will be marked, and maps and cue sheets will be provided. The Ohio Mountain Bike Championship Series will host the sixth annual Race to the Hills at Lake Hope State Park.
