The other day a visit from Jeremy Krohn (Toad) warranted a Finger Pullers reunion ride. Toad now lives in Seattle, where he says too many people spend too much time driving places to ride bikes. As we pedaled up Strouds Run Road, he got a little nostalgic about the "Athens family" of cyclists and how he has tried to explain how great this family is to folks he's met since leaving town, but some kinds of fun are just too hard to describe in words. I'm glad to be part of the family, and it's always nice when one of these little reunions happens. And I'm looking forward to more fun with the whole fan-damnily in 2008.
