Winter Training in High Gear

Members of the Athens Bicycle Mountain Bike Racing Team have ramped up their winter training routines in recent weeks. Carbo-loading, riding in jeans, ping-pong tourneys and the inversion table are just some of the cutting-edge practices team members are using to gain that certain je ne sais quoi. With training tools like these, we expect to again make a strong showing at the WVMBA point series. Does your training regimen have what it takes to stand up to such finely-tuned atheletes? Check back here soon for an announcement of this year's team roster.
