On
Saturday Pete and I helped out at the
first annual Engineless Poker Run at Strouds Run State
Park. It was a great time, offering four fun ways for
people to raise money for the Friends
of Strouds Run.
You could kayak, bike, hike or ride a horse on sport-specific
courses, collecting cards along the way. Above some
of the kayak route participants organize their gear
after finishing up. All participants enjoyed prizes
and a barbecue at the end. Thanks to
everyone who came out to help raise money for this
park we all love.
