Bicycle Team Member A.W. Matters makes efficient use
of the water station at last weekend's Race to the
Hills at Lake Hope State Park in Zaleski. The team
made a great showing at the race, competing in many
categories and age divisions. Results and a great race

There's even a personal commentary by team member Mac
Stricklen. Thanks again to everyone who came out and
raced, volunteered or spectated. And thanks to Kerr
Distributing for the keg of Blue Moon for the post-race
team cookout! Next up for some team members is the
Black Bear race in Charleston, W.V., this weekend,
followed by the Wild 100 in Slatyfork next weekend.
Will team member Craig Watson successfully defend his
first-place Wild 100 finish of last year? Will Jim
Schulz be able to take my place as Pete's three-time
co-champion
duo Wild 100 team-mate? Will Pete be too tired after
looking at bikes in Madison, Wis., all week at Trek
World?
