Stage two of the third annual Gravel Rouser Classic -- the Grab & Git -- saw some fierce competition tonight as racers hit the city streets to find five checkpoints before reaching the finish line. Speed demon (and potty mouth) Ryan Curtiss dethroned "Mr. Fast" Craig Watson in the men's race, and med student/outdoorswoman extraordinaire Krista Duval edged out the fantabulous Kelly Shaw for first place in the ladies race. Results and pix to come in the next few days.
The long weekend of racing got off to a great start Thursday evening under sunny skies with a prologue Time Trial on Sundown Trail at Strouds Run State Park. Click here for results.

Starting March 15, Wednesday work parties will meet at noon at the Dow Lake Dam parking lot instead of the beach parking lot.
