I experienced three sure signs of spring today while I was on an awesome ride to Lake Hope and back with Marco and Aaron. The first sign was hearing spring peepers while riding on Scott Road near Mineral. I *love* spring peepers and today was the first time I've heard them this year. The second sign was the thunderstorm (complete with lightning) that we rode through on Bobcat and Copperhead while at Lake Hope. The third sign was seeing salamanders on Rock Camp Road as we headed to New Marshfield. Look at the little cutie above!

Another sure sign of spring: The Gravel Rouser Classic starts on Thursday.
