I
spent the weekend co-guiding
a women's mountain biking tour in Slatyfork,
WV, with Trek/VW pro
Sue Haywood. Along with three more awesome
guides we introduced 18 energetic women to
some of the toughest trails on the East Coast.
In addition to mud, rocks and roots we enjoyed
plenty of gourmet food, beer, wine and fun.
