Congrats, Joey & Atira!

Atira Parker and Joey Boyle tied the knot on Saturday in a beautiful ceremony out at Ma Parker's in Meigsico. Accordion music, fireworks, parachutes, mini tramps, a bumpin' sound system, amazing food and a dance party were just a few of the many highlights -- not to mention plenty of local cycling legends. We wish Joey and Atira many years of love, happiness and fun.

In other news, I finally managed to upload a recap and some photos from last week's Shenandoah Mountain 100. Click here to check it out.

Our pal Aaron Beck, music critic for the Columbus Dispatch and a damn good cyclist, wrote a nice piece for today's Dispatch about a tour he did back in the spring. Check it out here.

Coming soon: a recap and more pics from Ryan Curtiss' cross-country trip.

In the shop this week you can still find deals on 2006 bikes before the 2007 models take over. Stop on in!

Update 9/6: Click here to find out just how much food Curtie has been eating on the road.

Just like Lewis said to Clark on their cross-country trip: "You can do it, buddy!" Our friend Ryan Curtiss is bicycling across the country, hauling his gear in a B.O.B. trailer. He left Norfolk, Va., on Aug. 8.
